"Jewel With An Edge" AJ Jansen is a compelling blend of soulful country and classic rock. She's been performing since age 6 and writing since age 10, surrounded by music from a Polish family who encouraged her to pursue her artistic dreams. Jansen first hit Nashville stages in 2006 after winning the Connecticut Country Music Association's "Female Vocalist of the Year" award. Since then, she's performed at countless venues - from New York's The Bitter End, to Nashville's iconic Tootsies to headlining Hartford's Infinity Music Hall - traveling back and forth between Connecticut and Tennessee.
Originating from central New England, formerly known as the band, Soup, we decided to change the group's persona and rename it, CryBaby Creek. Combining vintage material mixed with new, we try to maintain our focus on writing great original music. We have been fortunate to collaborate with a lineup of very talented guest artists to make these recordings stand out, as well as the many more songs to come.
The Midnight Anthem is a musical trio from New England, made up of Catherine, Sophia & Grace...cousins by birth, but sisters at heart. The group has an uncanny knack for creating music that is both fun to listen to and touches the soul. Music is a family tradition for The Midnight Anthem. Much of their childhood was spent with their parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles & 19 cousins performing and celebrating America’s history at fife & drum musters in Connecticut & New York.mThey have now teamed up as a singer/songwriter group creating and performing for audiences in the northeast (and hopefully beyond!)
